Oh, I’m so excited about this one.  The new flip-top zipper closure DSLR insert will replace the top zipper closure insert. This new style allows you complete access to the interior of your insert, while still providing the great protection of zipper closure.

The top is padded with 1/4 inch foam, so there is a level of protection across the top of the insert as well as all sides.

The zipper closure is perfect for carrying in backpacks or totes or in any bag where you may be concerned about items falling on top of your gear.  Zipper closure is also great when you need to protect gear from the elements, such as sand or rain.

The sample bag is available for purchase in the Martilena shop and custom bags will be available very soon.  The sample measures 5″ D x 13″ L x 10″ H (from top to bottom).

I’m really excited about this change, because this is something that has been requested many times over and I finally have it. I know some of you out there regularly have to carry your camera gear in more hazardous conditions whether that be rain, snow or even sand and would prefer to zip everything up safely. Well, now you can. This new insert will allow you to zip it completely closed, but then when open allow complete access to everything inside.
